The shelved debut album

Chlöe Howl’s self-titled debut album was due for release on October 13, 2014 via Sony Music. A number of singles were released including “No Strings,” “Rumour” and “Disappointed.” Following a series of delays and the underperformance of the latter single, the album was ultimately cancelled and shelved. (from genius.com)
