Don't think this would do much atleast for PHF, Net Neutrality would take a few years to implement and would only affect the US, unless other countries decided to do the same but I highly doubt that's gonna happen

Plus: you can still use the internet for free. You're just gonna have to pay extra depending on who you're with and it's optional.

Yet another DISGASTING law passed by this dreadful administration. The government realises that the Internet is the new forum for rebellion and resistance and they're scared of it, so they're trying to control it as much as they can. Little do they know that the current generation is the smartest yet and everyone's just gonna get VPN's anyway...
