They generally make me feel a bit claustrophobic to be honest. But I do agree at least on the ones I have, that the sound is quite good. The headphones I use for my portable player/s are a set of klipsch on the ear. The feel is so much more comfortable for me. And the sound is quite good. And I am really not a fan of ear buds.
