Hey guys, 3 questions:

1- Which file of SLAY is this "S.L.A.Y. (Early Demo)Ā - the very first iteration of the song -Ā leaked"? Can someone send me a link please?Ā

2 - Can someone please point the differences between the 3 versions?

3- I found a version somewhere that had 1999+bright as gold, is this combination fanmade?

Thank youuu

Ā

1)Ā https://dbree.org/v/1935f0

2) S.L.A.Y. (Early Demo) - Has different lyrics in the first verse ("Want the hot light of the spotlight" vs. "Wanna burn bright like the sunrise") and the chorus ("We'll keep slayin' it every single time" vs. "We'll keep slayin' like 1999").

S.L.A.Y. (2014 Final) - Has the revised lyrics I mentioned above, but is otherwise pretty much the same production-wise.

S.L.A.Y. (2020 Final) - Has beefed up production and new lyrics in the chorus ("Baby we're bright as gold, it don't matter what you been told" is now "This is our universe, feelin' flyer than firebirds"). Also the verses have a ton of reverb on them and sound much more muffled.

3) No, that's the final 2014 version.

For y'all who hate the muffled verses on the 2019/2020 final S.L.A.Y. as much as I do I made an edited version using the final 2014 version and blended its verses with the Firebirds one. It's not perfect by any means and all audiophiles will complain, but it's better than listening to the original leak imo.

This sounds great btw!! Thank you! This is the definitive version for me. šŸ™

    Thank you!Ā šŸ’—

People have their little MEGA compilations which I'm sure sure they'll come refer you to, but afaik there isn't like an exhaustive masterlink.... yet. Admittedly, it *is* getting a little cumbersome to hunt down all the songs on the list, and I've been thinking of making one big 4ss rar file with all the leaks for a while now just so people joining in will have an easier time enjoying Bonnie's music without having to spend hours on scouring every nook and cranny of the Internet. I may do it once the final versions of IWFCY, Hot City, and RYH leakĀ :hottie:

is the final of iwfcy the one she did live or is it different?

pretty sure it's older production cause it doesn't have the guitar from what we heard, nor the live drums. however, it does have completely new vocal takes for the chorus.Ā
