Be careful with encoders, they usually can give away if a song has been messed with. Only Audacity uses LAME encoding, which is a dead giveaway that it's either a stem edit or edited. Stem edits are ok, but I wish they would leak the stems instead. I could encode them with logic as opposed to shitty audacity edits! Most of her shit that was circulating was heavily edited, downscaled, or just tampered with. I'll attach screenshots of the encoder. Here is a few others I noticed that we either need the stems of or were tampered with: Outlaw (LAME3.10) - We need the unedited, I assume? Could be stems ig. Rewind Your Heart (LAME3.10) - We need the og file. The bass cut is the most notable, also the bgv seem messed with as well. Maybe I'm reaching there, but either we need the og file. Waking Up Diagonal (LAME3.10) - It's a stem edit, we need the stems. Hit Me Up (LAME3.99) - Don't know about this one. These are just the ones I have in my files; I haven't heard all of her leaks, but if any of you notice anything, let me know. Ice Prince Posted July 21, 2022 Share Posted July 21, 2022 Oh wow I was absolutely TERRIFIED by all of my files saying "encoded with iTunes" and then I remembered I re-exported them because I usually do that when adjusting volume/EQ/remastering them sorry people, when downloading my masterposts it is most likely I will have everything re-encoded by myself. If I recall correctly, my friend told me JGAB is also a stem edit. I haven't heard so I wouldn't know for that one. Outlaw is very obviously LQ, and it's very unfortunate. I love that song. DGMGF NOOO... haven't we suffered enough Bonnie's not releasing it nd now this. If anybody has ogs of any of these files, please don't be afraid to share! But it's usually for trying to improve EQs or volume mostly, and not like hoarders who tryna ruin the file and if it leaks, well, it's the ruined file while they still save the OGs for them yeah, this is completely different; you also don't use audacity. now lemme clarify audacity isn't a terrible software or anything, but when the original files are being hoarded while we are being fed audacity re-exports, it is awful! especially because lame encoding is severely worse. it cuts off at 16khz mostly. original files will be of the highest quality, and re-exporting them in audacity will downscale the quality. some of these aren't even just re-exports, songs like rewind your heart have the entire bass cut.
