Could you extend the outro of Forever 21 by like 10 seconds? I’m using that song as the closer on my album and I feel it would be a bit more fitting if the outro could be a bit longer. @Ice Prince I know you made those amazing remastered versions of a few of Bonnie’s songs, could you maybe do it? I'm glad you liked my remastered versions! I'm using Forever 21 as the closing track but I don't actually know how to fix the ending to make it longer without it sounding cut. I've tried and didn't like the result so I scrapped it I think my attempt to remake those final synth seconds miserably failed... Edited July 20, 2022 by Ice Prince 1 Quote

Popular Post reflection Posted July 20, 2022 Popular Post Posted July 20, 2022 I think the album has potential to do well ish.. she really needs some sort of label like a friend one with nice terms she could have a good online cult following with consistent releases akin to carly rae jepsen. atleast at this point, I doubt any labels would expect her to be the next katy Perry everything considered. I think it has potential now that pure pop music has a huge gap in the market. back then the market was way too saturated then with too much pop to consume and audiences started turning away to other genres. plus all the major pop acts and staples were established for a good half decade and bonnie had just entered the game with her entire team thinking katy Perry or nothing. we saw how well carly rae jepsen emotion did and the legacy it left in pop culture, this is right up that alley with giving the early 2010s pop music even more time to age and something carly doesnt provide anymore. now is a good time, imo 5 Quote

I still use your versions of Electric Heaven and Outlaw. 3 Quote

Bambi101 Posted July 20, 2022 Posted July 20, 2022 (edited) Imo, the reason why Epic was so hard on her in 2014 was because the music market was sooooo oversaturated with successful women (Kesha was in her prime, Katy as well, Gaga, Rihanna, and many others). They knew she needed a massive (potentially viral) hit akin to Call Me Maybe to firmly establish herself. She semi-delivered on the viral part with American Girl, but for reasons I still don't fully understand the stars just didn't align themselves for American Girl to at least reach the top 10 in the US (though that still wouldn't cut it, Epic wanted a #1 hit). Had American Girl been released in 2012 it would've had a better chance at success, but with Lorde starting the indie craze and radio shifting away from pop to alternative I guess it makes sense why the song underperformed. SLAY wouldn't have remedied that and sadly neither would Forever 21, not during that climate. However, in 2021 we saw (and in 2022 we're still seeing) this resurgence of nostalgia for the 80s and 90s, city pop, and ultimately early 2000s which imo is very opportune for Bonnie because songs like Hot City and Forever 21 won't sound dated at all. With Katy unable to chart with anything she makes and Kesha rebranding herself as a paranormal series host, she also doesn't have to worry about competing with them / the public making comparisons, so this is a golden opportunity for the GP to finally see Bonnie for who she is. 17 hours ago, low kii savage said: I'll need you to tell me what song could've inspired her to write Right Now, right now Y'all be living life while my suffering never ends Girl Right Now is literally like 5 songs from 2011, 2012, and 2013 mashed together into one 😆 I mean, the bridge is a blatant ripoff of C'Mon's (it even has the phrase 'Right Now' in it ). Then I'm hearing a little bit of Hangover by Taio Cruz (also a Luke/Cirkut production) (it's more obvious if you play it at 0.75 speed on YouTube). Well and then you have Masquerade by Nicki Minaj which also uses 'Right Now' multiple times during the chorus OVERALL though, I think she based it mostly on Eye of the Tiger which she also said inspired her to write Roar. Popular Post Bambi101 Posted July 20, 2022 Popular Post Posted July 20, 2022 Just a regular reminder we need these to leak for this tragic and frustrating chapter of our lives to fully come to an end (from most urgent to least urgent): Right Now --> she's not including this one but it's an important callback to 2013 Puke/Cirkut production magic Electric Heaven (Final) --> we deserve to have this one in better quality with polished production y'all I Wanna Fucking Call You (Final without botched vocal stems) S.L.A.Y. (1999 Version) Worst in Me (Reworked Epic Version) Turn Me Up (Demo for Carly Rae Jepsen) Show Me Your Love (apparently this is another slow piano ballad and I'd rather have any of the songs above) 9 Quote

I'll make a deal: if we get two more songs to leak, I'll leak one two. But if we can get five more songs to leak, I'll leak the final version of SLAY (more polished production, includes the "slaying like 1999" lyric). If you don't believe me check my post history. I've leaked several songs before (Kiss Kiss, Femme Fatale, Message In A Bottle...) We're waiting, @BonnieLeakz. 👀 These 5 songs leaked since your post (thank you to the folks that shared them 🙏): Undefeated: https://onlyfiles.io/f/3f98d018b8dd45abbf0661ab5af2bb5d What's it Gonna Take: https://onlyfiles.io/f/9f0532736bc14b4492e04444775c98b8 Up to Me: https://onlyfiles.io/f/2f7430f90b5543fa8b3c4c4fa24f0358 Electric: https://onlyfiles.io/f/862d7d61f0a84f059629939bbdba9042 On Your Side: https://dbree.org/v/62d6ae Bless us with "SLAY" (Final)? 4 Quote

We have tried to survive through covid and lockdowns, monkeypox, political unrest, mass shootings, racism, homophobia, transphobia, Rachel Stevens 'Come and Get It' album being unavailable on Spotify, cost of living crisis, the war in Ukraine, Neighbours ending, the abortion ruling and for some people, in some parts of the world who had to find out the hard way what a Jedward is....Have we not suffered enough?? 2 Quote

Popular Post zaynphallic Posted July 20, 2022 Popular Post Posted July 20, 2022 Dear leak lords, Please bless us with "Right Now" – and if you're feeling generous "SLAY" (final) and "IWFCY" (non-fucked up version) – before this thread hits 400 pages so we can finally ascend from Evil McQueen's purgatory and end this eternal nightmare. 8 Quote

Is there really another version of "Rewind Your Heart"? The one that leaked sounds amongst the most polished of all the leaks to me. 1 Quote
