I think what it ultimately comes down to for me is that it really FEELS like she doesn’t care about her fans—I’m not saying that’s true, but it’s how it feels. those videos from her 4th of July party were really crappy.

so I guess I’m a 🤡 for stanning her so hard all these years. I love her; she’s brilliant. just wish she had a little more consideration for her fans.

Yeah she needs to put her feet on the ground and understand that if this album didn't succeed back in the early 2010s.... it's not going to happen now. If this A-last banger bag didn't blow up when pop girls were at their peak and pop music was everywhere (though in 2013 it was already declining and moving to EDM), what makes her think that she'll make 10 million streams nowadays when mainstream music is R&B/trap or some pop punk revival? It won't happen.

Please leak S.L.A.Y. (Final) 😭

Maybe it could be successful now that great pop is more rare, since we haven’t had something good in a while. Back in 2013 people were having too much of it

I'd never heard of the woman who recorded and released this but here's what her Soundcloud says:

"Michele McCord has been a recording artist and songwriter for publishers and labels such as Arista, Warner Chappell, Starstruck and Sony and BMG. Her songs have been recorded by gold and platinum selling artists such as, Tammy Wynette, Wynonna Judd, Patty Loveless, Tricia Yearwood, Alecia Elliot, Lorrie Morgan and Sammy Kershaw and Superfly. A few of her memorable top thirty hit singles are “Girl Thang”, “Im Diggin it” and “He Drinks Tequila” and "On Your Side" co-written with Bonnie McKee (Katy Perry California girl, TGIF, Roar). That song was released as a single and reached #9 on the Japanese hot 100 singles chart, # 2 on the album chart, include in best of and became Japans national baseball theme song of 2017.
The album WHITE has been certified gold.
Michele has also landed many placements in Flim and Television."

Bonnie's voice sounds so young on it!

Ok, and this is a bit random, and I might've brought it up few pages back but anyone else realized Bonnie's songwriting M.O. sorta is to take a hit song during whatever time period she's working on music in and then rewrite it to create a new song? I'm sure this is extremely common, but it's funny how so many of the 2013-2014 Epic tracks resemble other songs that received heavy rotation some years prior. To give a few examples (some of them might be reaching while others are a perfect match):

1. S.L.A.Y. --> Perfect Day (Hoku); SLAY's tempo is just a tiny bit slower

2. American Girl --> Teenage Dream (Katy Perry); this one's obvious, there's also Good Time (CRJ feat. Owl City) which curiously enough came out a year before AG did

3. Hot City --> Can't Get Over (September); Hot City just lacks the epic key change during the last chorus which I'd live for!

4. Forever 21 --> Break Your Heart (Taio Cruz); again, Bonnie's just slowed things down but the instrumental is so similar, then I hear some similarity between All That She Wants by Ace of Base and the F21 verses

5. I Wanna Fucking Call You --> Breathless (The Corrs)

From the leaks:

Femme Fatale --> very much gives Turn Me On (Nicki Minaj feat. David Guetta) and Only Girl (Rihanna)

Guilty Pleasure --> Sexy Bitch (Akon feat. David Guetta) + Selfish (Britney Spears)

I'll need you to tell me what song could've inspired her to write Right Now, right now  Y'all be living life while my suffering never ends

Bonnie could have a song with 10 million streams or more if she's lucky it goes viral. Here and there artists have old songs (with no push from their labels) randomly going viral on TikTok. The same thing could happen to one of her songs, especially from the Epic album. The problem is... she has to release them first!

Could any of the music experts/producers on here do me a favor? Could you extend the outro of Forever 21 by like 10 seconds? I’m using that song as the closer on my album and I feel it would be a bit more fitting if the outro could be a bit longer. @Ice Prince I know you made those amazing remastered versions of a few of Bonnie’s songs, could you maybe do it?
