I really REALLY don't like Unlock Your Love, it's bland and boring to me. LCL is somewhat meh as well imo.

I agree with your opinion on UYL and DGMGF. And Outlaw is  a good song but it does sound like something Kesha would release in 2010. I like electric heaven, cause I love the verses, but I see your point cause I think the chorus is not the best (just like hot city). I guess we agree on a lot, except for stars in your heart 😢

Does anyone have a HQ copy of the whiteboard picture with all the Epic songs on it?

Or better yet, does anyone have the actual video footage? I remember watching the interview on YouTube, but it's no longer there. I'm sure some digital magic could be done if we can get better screengrabs.

Haha looking at the list I completely ignored Don't Get Mad, Get Famous :cackle: Not gonna lie, it would've been a cute bop just not in the Britney Jean-esque unfinished state the leak we have is in.

Outlaw is catchy and I can definitely bop to it, but it really is giving 2010s... Kesha, Neon Hitch, or Femme Fatale Britney would slay that song, but Bonnie has transcended that type of sound, I feel.

Btw, Stars in Your Heart is great--I'm just not too much into ballads and downtempos in general.

Or even better, the actual songs she listed there that we still don't have?! :cackle:

Yo whoever tells Outlaw is dated you better not be stanning Femme Fatale cause :die:

I love both dated EDM basic generic 2010 Britney-sounding single-screaming radio-friendly hit-for-sure pop bops so :bop:

And Outlaw > Femme Fatale JUST BECAUSE I don't like David Guetta ddddd.

I got that you are not too much into ballads since you don’t like Love Spell either. It’s all about taste 😛

I’m glad you guys love outlaw. I think all of the songs we have could use a little bit more polishing. I can see it based on how Everything But You sounds better now that we heard it finalized

The one song I wish would leak in final version is Jenny's Got a Boyfriend. I can't stand the production on the version we got, I find it insufferable. I Wanna Fucking Call You is kinda annoying too after a few listens, in my opinion.

It leaked.

Hahaha I love those cookie-cutter made-straight-for-the-charts ghey anthems as well hence why early 2010s will forever remain the pinnacle of generic dance-pop/electropop music in my book!

It's just that in Outlaw's case, I need it to be a little less demo-y if that makes sense. Just the thought of how much an updated 2022 production could do to the song to bring it to the next level and up to today's pop standard makes me cum. The foundation is all there: the verses build the momentum perfectly, the pre-chorus is beautiful, and all the beat drop right after is missing is just that additional extra oomph/punch.

THANK YOU. To be brutally honest I dislike both the remix and the (alleged) album version.

Sonically, our sis Jenny doesn't mesh well with the other Epic tracks (Everything But You, American Girl, IWFCY, SGGH, RYH, Hot CIty, Hit Me Up) at all, and it just sounds cheap and tacky to my ears, sorry. I know it's a cult classic among the fandom here, but can you guys  RREALLLY  say with a straight face that the production is exactly what the gheyz needed and deserved?

Btw, the version we got is the one she performed live multiple times so I'm not questioning its authenticity; I'm just questioning her judgment because she should've given the song to Oliver for some serious overhaul before he ditched her.

The lyrics and melody are fine, it's an idiosyncratic bop, but it needs some work imo :dealwithit:
