After the success of PHF Apprentice and PHF Hunger Games earlier in the year, we've decided to follow it up with another "reality TV show" for you guys to enjoy. This one's inspired by ANTM and it's aimed towards all the amazing cover designers we have on PHF! This week we'll be taking sign ups to figure out how many people we'll have in the game. Starting next week, everyone will be given a theme and a list of covers they can design. For example, the theme for one week may be "Girl Groups" and you'll be given a list including "Fifth Harmony - 24/7", "The Pussycat Dolls - Doll Domination" and "Girls Aloud - Chemistry". Everyone will have to choose one album on the list and make a cover for it. Then, at the end of week, each cover will be given a rating by a panel of judges. The winner for the week will get a prize and bragging rights! If you'd like to participate, please post below and let us know. We look forward to playing with you! Week #1 For the first week of the competition, it made total sense for the theme to be flops. We've come up with a list of ten of our favourite flops for you to choose from, and each of you will be asked to make a cover dedicated to the singer you pick. Most of these artists have albums or EPs out or at least announced which you can design for: but we're also happy for you to choose to design a cover for a single, an unreleased mixtape or a self-titled album. Just let us know which one you choose when you submit your cover! Please keep in mind that only one person can pick each artist, so once someone has picked a singer, it's off the list for good! For the first round of the competition, the artists will be given out on a first come first serve basis: but from next week onwards, your placement in the leaderboard will determine when you get to pick the artist you want to design for, so make sure you do a good job this time around so you can get the artist you want for next week! When you've picked the artist you want, please let me know here so I can cross it off the list. When you've finished, please post your cover in the Art Gallery forum and let us know here when you're done. Along with your cover, please give us a short description of how you made your cover and the creative choices behind it. You have five days to complete this task so get moving!
