Demi Lovato's getting sued by Sleigh Bells

Demi Lovato is getting sued by indie duo Sleigh Bells, who claim that the singer copied elements from their song “Infinity Guitars” in her track “Stars.” The music group originally brought the copyright infringement to Demi‘s attention last year when they sent her this tweet:

 

The song’s producers Carl Falk and Rami Yacoub denied sampling “Infinity Guitars” last year but the group has moved forward with the lawsuit. Sleigh Bells claims that Demi‘s song features “virtually identical content” and elements that “transcend the realm of coincidence.”

It's the producers that should be sued, not Demi, I doubt she was told or knew of the song. Good for Sleigh Bells, it's a blatant rip off
