Tweener Posted August 23, 2016 Posted August 23, 2016 Demi Lovato is getting sued by indie duo Sleigh Bells, who claim that the singer copied elements from their song “Infinity Guitars” in her track “Stars.” The music group originally brought the copyright infringement to Demi‘s attention last year when they sent her this tweet: The song’s producers Carl Falk and Rami Yacoub denied sampling “Infinity Guitars” last year but the group has moved forward with the lawsuit. Sleigh Bells claims that Demi‘s song features “virtually identical content” and elements that “transcend the realm of coincidence.” Listen to the songs below Quote

low kii savage Posted August 23, 2016 Posted August 23, 2016 Taylor? Is that you? But let's be honest, I dont even think, that Demi knows them 1 Quote
goldtranzam Posted August 24, 2016 Posted August 24, 2016 It's the producers that should be sued, not Demi, I doubt she was told or knew of the song. Good for Sleigh Bells, it's a blatant rip off Quote
Main Pop Girl Posted September 1, 2016 Posted September 1, 2016 Am I the only one who doesn't hear the resemblance? The only thing similiar is the drum beat but it's not that unique... Quote
