I wanna say Ratchet was probably the strong contender that she axed because of DISGASTING's behavior, considering she performed it live once and then used the instrumental as part of the tour. The album at the time was due for a Spring 2012 release, but when the second single "Unforgiven" was released, in an interview they explained why they pushed the date towards the summer as they felt the album needed alot more work, this resulted into the final concept having 20 songs in total including 2 acoustic bonus tracks and 4 spoken word interludes.
