It wasn't leaked thru Katy's twitter, but the hacker promoted their twitter before posting it which is a mess. But I think they've done this before and they won't get caught- if its real, which I feel like it's just for promo honestly.

They made it 2 days ago! Then tweeted "Whos Katy Perry?" and an hour later leaked the song. It could either be a really messy plan, or a really brilliant one.
