it was trash.  Unmemorable and wack af. Hopefully they will come back stronger, cause their last album was terrible

Basically this.  I did actually like Amy's cover album, but they either need to disband and let Amy do her solo thing or just reunite the original lineup.

Especially check out the demo album Origin and the songs Bleed and Before the Dawn.

Yep. It's from the first project of the 3rd album. It would be released in 2010, but the record label barred it. There's a whole story about it. Amy posted some tweets in 2009/2010 during the recording sessions.
