Main Pop Girl Posted April 8, 2016 Share Posted April 8, 2016 We've come to the final week in PHF Apprentice, which means it's finally time to crown our winner and choose our next moderator for PHF! I have already chosen my winner, and my vote will count for 25% of the final decision. However, the ruling 75% will be up to you guys! Check out the submissions over at the PHF Apprentice thread to help make your decision. In making your choice, look at how the users have worked by themselves and with others over the season. Look at their work in previous tasks, and most importantly in this final task, to see who you think deserves the win. And most importantly, see who you think has the professional and fair personality to become a great mod on PHF! Cypher Posted April 9, 2016 Share Posted April 9, 2016 While I think all three finalists are great in their own right, I must say I'm campaigning for @trayertrash. The reason being that she's active on just about EVERY section of the forum. She frequently checks out almost every thread made, if not all. This is what makes a good moderator. Someone who's not only been part of the forum since the beginning but someone who's well versed in the different sections and where threads should be. She also constantly comes up with good ideas to promote communication between the members and is always willing to help make a megapost even though her internet sucks more than a porn star. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the other contestants don't have any of the above, but I definitely think @trayertrash is the jack of all trades in this case. This was super sweet of you to say I like everyone in the competition and think they're great assets to the forum, but, not to be disrespectful towards anyone, I think everyone else seems to be stuck the chatbox or trading thread and sticking to those, even during this competition, doesn't seem like the best thing for someone to do when they're trying to become mod. You should really that the initiative to put any effort towards the forum. And I'm not talking specifically to people just in the competition either, I mean everyone in general who's joined in the past 6 months or so. While it's great that there's a lot of new members, there's so much more to this site than just what songs are going around or what drama is going around leaks. If you've been here for a few months and haven't ventured outside of those parts of the forum, then go ahead and do so! Make a thread about your fav flop, post their music, discuss what's going on in the entertainment world, try to get an interview with an upcoming artists, do something, anything other than discuss trading music. At least take the initiative to show that you care more about that trading. I love this site so much, I've been here, what 3 or 4 years now? It's the best forum I've been on and I've made a few great friends here and I hope the newer members venture around the forum more and realize what else it has to offer. But the more I hear from the contestants and I see all the public demand for both @Neon and @trayertrash, the more undecided I become. Now I'm thinking of changing my vote entirely! I asked all my friends and people I know on here to check out my work and vote for me if they wanted, and they were happy to. I also did some promo on here so yeah. But there probably might be some votes that I don't know of so I'm not really sure. Tbh, I had my friends sign up and vote too, but alas, I won't mention who I had them vote for, just for dramatic/suspense purposes!
