Some of us are over 18 and have access to certain content that isn't widely available, some of us help write articles, and are given access that isn't widely available, etc. etc. Music Trading is a thread in the Jukebox section. It's a place where people can go and post songs they're offering to trade/seeking, though most people just post the artist name in hopes they'll lure someone in with not much to offer. The Exclusive section is an access granted-only section that people must apply for. There are some PHF exclusives in that section (hence the name). It's pretty self-explanatory.
