I heard that it's supposedly for Rihanna; that this is a new rap project for Bey; and that this is not even her at all but another artist named Rachell Kerr. Anyone got real/solid deets? Quote

I can't find anything about it being a Rachell Kerr song online except for rumours, it doesn't even seem listed under her name on YouTube anywhere? They do sound extremely similar but Beyonce is a lot more softer. Rachel Kerr is a lot harsher and she has this Caribbean accent. I think the 'Who Knows' is Bey completely and not Rachel Kerr.Only question left is: Is it for Rihanna? It does sound something like Rihanna would release. It has some strong similarities to BBHMM.
