As many of you know, I, like many other users, are quite frequently on this fantastic site discussing current entertainment news, our personal lives and porn. While we all adore this site, many of us are not as grateful as we should be for the time, dedication and money Mo (aka Firestarter) has put into making this site a wonderful pop community for all. That being said, I, and hopefully some of y'all, have asked myself 'how can I personally help with the finances of this site?' Does clicking on ads bring in some revenue? Can I donate through Paypal? How can I show my financial support and admiration of the most fantastic forum runner on the net? Hopefully here Mo can tell us how and other members will feel a sense of gratitude towards Mo for bringing us together and creating this site for us and want to help out. I was gonna make a thread about this but now you've done it for me! Basically we're not really making that much money from advertising or RedBubble. In the last two years we've had Google Adsense we've only made $37 so that isn't working so well. On RedBubble over the past two years we've made $50 which is a bit better, but we really only get about a third of the proceeds from all of those sales, so even if you buy a $30 t-shirt we only get $10 out of that. However, there is a discount code for 15% off every product on RedBubble atm if you use the code 'RBHOLIDAY15' so feel free to go over to the shop and pick something up if y'all want. But honestly it would be amazing if y'all could donate to the site! If just fifteen of you guys donated $5 then we'd have $75, which would go a long way towards paying the $120 hosting fee. Plus if we get any extra money I'll be able to buy iTunes gift cards and stuff as rewards for competitions which I think could be fun!I'm also happy to give y'all some rewards if you donate! I thought it could be cool to sell custom smileys for those who don't have them already for just $5. You can choose the image you want (as long as it's not too big) and the code and I'll add it to the list for you. I'm also happy to remove all the ads on the forum for a year for anyone who donates $10.
