Yes, the handwriting is hers and she was the director of the video. I think this photo is a screencap direct from the video.

I'm a lil' late buuuut, like others have said, I don't like this cover choice because it screams ARTPOP, not G.U.Y.. It doesn't reflect the song at all, although I think that may just be because I've seen the video and now I relate it to the ARTPOP scene. But it's a nice photo, nonetheless.

Tbh, I just don't even acknowledge the 'ARTPOP' segment of the video. The song was so irrelevant to the rest of the project that I've just blocked out it was even in there.
