trayertrash Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 Supposedly, So Legit is from 2009, but how is that possible? Electric Chapel (from Born This Way - released in 2011) was featured, but the commercial didn't air until 2012... Quote
Cypher Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 I don't get how these things are connected. Quote
trayertrash Posted February 4, 2014 Author Posted February 4, 2014 I don't get how these things are connected.Well, it's pretty obvious the song So Legit is about Gaga, but people said it was from 2009, but it doesn't make sense. Gaga's music wasn't in a Coca Cola commercial until 2012, so why would Lana mention it before then? Quote

And then it ended up happening by coincidence. I don't know, I'm just over here reaching lmao Quote

It's sort of standard for people to start starring in Coke (or normally Pepsi, actually) commercials when they become famous, so I think she was just using this as a sort of metaphor for fame. It is kind of a weird coincidence though. Quote
