Dayfid Posted January 12, 2014 Share Posted January 12, 2014 Ke$ha's struggle with an eating disorder is taking a toll on her entire family.The singer's mother tells PEOPLE in an exclusive statement that she is entering the same Chicago-area rehab center as her daughter."I'm checking myself into Timberline Knolls today for post-traumatic stress disorder, at Ke$ha's urging," says Pebe Sebert, 57.Sebert had spoken out to accuse Ke$ha's producer, Dr. Luke, of calling the 26-year-old singer a "refrigerator" and putting pressure on her to lose weight, which the producer has denied."This whole Dr. Luke thing has almost torn our family apart and taken over my life, and Ke$ha wants me to heal along with her," Sebert tells PEOPLE.Ke$ha checked into rehab on Jan. 3, revealing she is "seeking treatment for my eating disorder ... to learn to love myself again. She should just quiet down and focus on getting Ke$ha better. I'm fine with her #exposing Dr. Luke, but honestly, no one needs to know about her going to rehab. And if anything, she should have said it on Twitter, not been like, "Oh, I'm so upset. 'I've watched my beautiful, self-confident, brilliant daughter be berated and ridiculed for her looks and weight - to the point that she almost died,' she said. Toxic influence? Omg, she needs like a ball gag or something to keep her quiet! How is she even speaking from rehab? Aren't they meant to take your phone away or something? This whole PTSD thing is just so ridiculous tho...I mean if she just wants to go to be with K$, fine, but trying to make it out like she's a wounded soldier who's that torn up over this whole thing that she needs to go to rehab is ridiculous to me.
