I know! Do some push ups, some sit ups, some planks, I promise you'll be tired after. ;)

*By some, I mean 3 reps of 10.

i would do girl push ups. and i don't want to ruin my nails, i just had them done :stretcher:

This is what I do as well. :stretcher: I try to do normal push ups but they're too hard! I can only do like three before my arms totally die on me! :'(

Omg, me too. I've been staying up until like 4 every morning lately, it's so bad. :stretcher:
