Thanks a lot for writing this, it's all very enlightening and brave, it must be truly difficult and awful for a person like you. I hope the Russian people will get rid of this awful dictatorshit, they really deserve better. Sometimes I think about Romanian people and how brave they were, those videos of the people screaming under Ceausescu's palace are so powerful, seeing him running away like a rabbit, you get the whole power of the people and you truly feel the amazing desire of freedom coming from down under. I hope something like that will happen in Russia soon.

hey It's very interesting to read it from a RU perspective so thanks for writing this. whatever reasons are pushing him to attack countries at the RU borders it's just crazy and criminal, i'm sure you Russian people deserve much better and you nedd to get rid of this dictator. There are super good reporters and journalists, free journalists, completely free professionals who are risking their own life in order to bring up the truth of what's going on in UKR and my advice is to follow these journalists who will give you the real idea of what is going on in there, i have lots of links to reportages and pics of kids and elder people shot in the head with their hands tied but i won't link them here but you Russian people need to see that to react and kick that raving lunatic away. No geographical location can justify a genocide. Please react, we're begging you, he's the real nazi, acting like nazi and killing people, sending young russians to die and to kill their ukranian brothers, don't let him shame you and your nation this way.

I'm afraid you're right. All those men who are fleeing Russia are our only hope things might change, if they all open their eyes maybe they'll start to find a way to get rid of a bloody dictator who's dragging their country and the whole world to catastrophe. The people of Russia need to wake up quick from this nightmare and save their country from this bleached version of Hitler. I heard a Russian teacher who left Russia right before the war started speaking on TV the other day. She move to Italy since she feared for her life because of her anti Putin activity, and when asked whether her compatriots would take a stand and finally see what he's doing to their country she was pretty pessimistic, she said Russians aren't keen on thinking too much, hinting they're no smart people. Hope she's wrong, Russians did great things in the past and they have to wake up, this is being going on for too long. Let me add that China, obviously annoyed by the latest moves of Russia, but remaining silent to preserve their economic agreements is pretty deceiving.

What are Russians waiting for to kick him out? 😭 Can't they just understand that he's dragging the whole world towards a global war? I just watched his speech on TV and I got chills down my spine... The whole cerimony looked like one of those tacky parades Hitler used to put up to celebrate his power, it was all so unnecessarily eccessive, tacky and crazy. I know it was just a power brag, like when insecure guys drive around with big expensive cars, but he spoke like Hitler, can't they just understand? Russians truly need to have the guts to kick him out NOW before it's too late, that's the only hope to avoid the worst. They might only have news controlled by Putin, but don't they just have the damn internet on their phones with a VPN possibly? Don't they just read? Don't they just see? It's pretty awkward to see nobody touching this subject on any forum I'm part of, it's like there's no Ukraine conflict, and it's crazy when it's changing the lives prospective of all of us.

They got lots of money off one single dance song, lucky them 😭 That's really just crazy, apparently a kid used the old leaked version for a TikTok video which went viral, so they released it straight away updating a bit the arrangement and re-recording the vocals, and there you go they won. That's a big lesson not to be scared of songs leaking rather use their popularity.

Yes that's right, there's no direction so it all seems a little messy. I think the fault of this is the new strategy that labels applied since the coming of streaming services: no album projects, just throwing s*it (read singles) to the wall hoping that something sticks. The result is no clear artistic direction, just a messy bunch of random singles. They're trying to avoid albums from flopping but they get super messy discographies stuffed with flopping singles and some minor hits. Just also look at JLo discography...

Oh I wanna know details about this, the only thing I vaguely remember is some fb post when she was younger when she slagged black people if I'm not wrong, she later apologized for that. I wanna know more of these text messages you're talking about. I'm pretty indifferent to her, some of her tracks are cute but that's all. I don't think she was the one to deserve all the solo promotion she could access initially, Normani and Lauren Jauregui are superior in terms of vocal abilities. They bet on the wrong horse.

It's too bad she can't get a hit on her own. Both Sabotage and Sacrifice were good songs and deserved better, don't know why but there's something keeping her from making it real big, a bit like Rita Ora. This is cool, this really proves that a leak can do no harm. They were smart to re-record the vocals and update the arrangement of course, but the leak going viral on TikTok was a blessing and actually served as a stunning campaign ahead of the official release. They were lucky the song leaked and got so much attention.

This is what happens when they start flopping, label shift and desire for independent music. Something obviously got wrong in the promotion of her career. It's weird but most artists whose catalogues are kept super tight just flop, I'm thinking of Katy Perry, JLo, Leona Lewis, even Taylor Swift lost herself in the nightmare of her re-releases and is far from the numbers she did years ago. On the other hand, Dua Lipa enjoyed an ever growing success these past few years and I'm sure she partially ows it also to her many leaks of unused songs and demos who were some kind of an amazing campaign to keep the focus on her, hence her live shows and officially released albums. Leaks keep the interest in an artist alive, if no leak happens, nothing gets released, they are pretty fast forgotten and people turn their attention to somebody else. Even Britney Spears is not doing great with the EJ collaboration. And it's no surprise to me: almost nothing coming from her, people focused on her private life and when she releases new music, the reaction is warm of course. Just compare the differences between Hold Me Closer and Cold Heart. Despite being two very similar project Cold Heart was a hit, but Hold Me Closer is struggling. Dua kept the focus on her music, Britney had just a couple of leaks and mostly family gossip... Fans must be fed if artists want them to be loyal to one's music, otherwise they'll be forgotten and fans will seek another artist to follow, it's just as simple as that. Also just expect anything that Rihanna might release in the future to heavily flop... No releases, no leaks, nothing, just moisturizing tutorials, does she expect people to wait for her for eternity? She just wished.

Bebe Rexha and David Guetta hitting the n1 spot in several countries (including UK) just show that, when something is good, the leak of a song doesn't actually affect negatively at all the success of it. On the contrary the leak gave them the awareness that the public really enjoyed the song and pushed them to release the track. If only other artists, instead of being protective over their unused material, would have been more open to fans appreciation and reactions, they might have scored the hits they long for. Gaga can you just learn and phunking finally officially release Nothing on?

I'll try in English 😅 I'm a super privat person on socials so I would NEVER do something like that. I'm also pretty shocked when I see normal people sharing thoughts about death, loss, love or family on socials but I guess a public person like Britney may have the perception of public very different from mine. Maybe she's thinking that if her conservatorship was so public than her renewed freedom must enjoy as much visibility, to show she's back in full control. For how wrong or unhealthy this might be, that could be the reason for that. As for what a counsellor or a therapist might advise, I've never needed one luckily so I don't have a clue. But I know a few persons who needed help and I guess, from what they told me, that, yes, they may advise writing a letter. Don't know if a therapist would advise differently such a public personality like Britney, to let her thoughts go and not be ashamed of that. I truly don't understand, she obviously need some loving guidance, but I'm pretty happy she's not making any money out of it and she's not letting anyone else profiting from it by spilling it all herself. It's like she's preventing further abuse.

Would a counsellor not advice her to release her thoughts? I truly don't know how these things evolve or go, but I swear she must be seeing someone, it'd be crazy if she didn't. Maybe this is all part of her new acquired freedom, let it all go after being kept silent for so long?
