Not at all. SD is a simple 2 hour drive to LA. We used to take weekend trips up to LA just to hang out and eat Korean BBQ.

Her style varies from track to track. She has a bulk sound which is a dark-pop sound, usually accompanied with a strong drum beat, but she has a few dark uptempo songs and ballads. I really like "Saturday Night", "Hot Mess", "Controversy", and "Nothing Lasts Forever".

I went to UCSD for my undergrad! SD > LA San Diego is a lot more relaxed than Los Angeles. The LA life is pretty competitive.
