She mentioned on her Ask.fm that it was never intended for the album. Whether or not it was recorded is debatable, but she went on record to say it 'was a sample', not something she intended to release as an original song or cover.

I love the way she answers. I've chatted her a few times through Twitter and she always brings such an honest and positive vibe. I'm not entirely surprised PCD questions were cut, cause if I was in the same boat, I'd definitely want my fans to move on and focus on current projects. tbh, I'm sad that she's going back on releasing Sutta Pop. Even if they weren't 100% finished, I'd love to hear the collection of demos/odds and ends. Maybe one day she'll get back to it and release it as a mixtape like she did with FR. All in all, been a fan for over a decade and will continue to be one! Oh yeah and also I love that she's repackaging the album with new material. Her label might not be a large one, but I'm glad she's able to give this era everything she's got. Nicole couldn't even get a proper US release.
