Yeah this is most likely fake. The Blackest Day - Freak Like Me - God Knows I Tried sequence is quite odd, same with HBTB - Religion - Art Deco. I bet this was just made up with some titles that we know are outtakes from the album, plus I don't think Lana would have sketched a 20-track album. Even Lust for Life was shortened from 18 to 16 for it being too long.

actually it's not stupid, Meghan has done well with the last album so maybe it's something though a Bonnie x Meghan probably could certainly help Meghan's career deviate a little from the soccer moms music lane she's been since the Xmas album

ngl the standard of the 2020 version is actually cute, but the deluxe one is terrible. the released version just feels less interesting, sometimes even lazy. there's just less standout tracks compared to the original 2018 version imo.

I know this post is months old but I was revisiting this iteration of the album the other day and whoa, it really was paid dust I literally think this is her best sound, the disco inflicted bops in this one really suit her. Can't believe brilliant bops like Let You Be Right, Can't Dance or Foolish flopped, and that led incredible songs like Look at Us or Hard to Please to be left unreleased. The final version of the album was cute, but this was impressive. It was her magnum opus. At least we have 98% of it but...

I recently added some Kylie albums to my library (I literally haven't heard anything from her other than "Can't Get You Out of My Head" and I love the song) and I'm looking forward to get into her music! So far I only have added X, Aphrodite, Golden and Disco, although I know I'm missing some important albums like Light Years or Fever. If she and Katy are collaborating on something, I'm lowkey interested on how it's going to turn out, considering the lackluster that Smile was for Katy.

Probably if she removed Mama Wanna Mambo, Shook, Breezy and a couple others, and just added the new bonus tracks + High Maintenance, I'd be in. The tracklist seems wonky, feels like it was just put through a randomiser and they called it a day. Plus, the artwork is a choice, where is THE Meghan Trainor? Treat Myself truly was her last good album while I'm totally against excessively short albums, 12 songs in this one (aware of the interlude-esque lengths of some of these) would have sufficed more than enough imo. Bonus included. It's just so bad I don't think it has any redemption possibility.

omg not deluxe ngl I didn't like Takin It Back at all, maybe except for like 3 or 4 songs (Made You Look NOT included) and it's already 16 tracks long... a deluxe is the least i was expecting. don't take me wrong, I'm happy for her finally getting back in the spotlight and bagging a hit with MYL but the music in this era is just not for me. guess I'll check on her till the next one

I think that having the ones she performed back in 2013/14 are the only essential ones, after those you can add whichever you want. Personally I prefer going by eras so I tried to add a cohesive 12 list, but as no draft tracklist has ever surfaced in full, all we can do is make our own

I mean, it's what we've done in TikTok since we knew she replies to comments there, and all that has happened is that 1) the first thing she wants out is the Epic album, and therefore 2) she doesn't completely own those songs yet, so it's limbo for now. Unless, of course, she decided to break the hiatus and release the newer songs she did while independent, from which she holds the rights to, while the Epic album legal battle clears out. But it apparently is not what she wants so we're at that until something happens.
