I'm using the 2020 version. It sounds the most complete production-wise, that bass goes OFF in the car. I'm not really a big fan of the "this is our universe/feeling flier than fireworks" line either and much prefer "bright as gold," but I personally prefer production > melody > lyrics, so I can overlook that.

I've noticed that the volume is really low on the final versions too. It's kind of annoying. I also tampered with them a bit and adjusted the volume (and bass/treble levels on a few) and now they sound much better, but I wonder why they're so quiet in the first place?

We also need the final version of Forever 21, but it doesn’t seem like that’s circulating yet.

I’m not quite sure where this rumor came from, but I compared the final version of IWFCY to the one she performed on Yahoo, and it sounds practically identical. Now the chorus on the final version does sound a bit “empty” (if you’ve heard it you probably know what I mean), so I wouldn’t necessarily be surprised if it actually wasn’t the final version. But I’ve seen a lot of people saying this and I’m just wondering where you guys heard it?

I am absolutely in love with Stay Lonely, Get Paid. It sounds like something Gaga would’ve recorded during The Fame era. I knew that song had potential when the demo leaked a few months ago, and the final version really elevates it.

I personally think it has some of the best lyrics of Bonnie’s career. But yeah, it’s also a bit… daft at points too. I absolutely love: ”I want the honey/But I don’t wanna get stung/We’re trigger happy/Shouldn’t be playing with guns” ”And it keeps me awake that the spell might break” But find these to be a bit cringey: ”Gave me the key to your place/You told me I would be safe/But still you got that lock upon your cellphone” “You’re posting pictures/Looks like you’re having a blast” So it’s give and take. Overall I love the song tho.

Unfortunately most of the Epic songs that leaked have been tampered with in some way. Some of them are incredibly noticeable (IWFCY and JGAB), some less so (RYH and Wild Card).

I absolutely REFUSE to believe that that is the real final version of JGAB. It sounds terrible 💀 It literally clips at certain parts, there has to be a more final version out there.
