I sat down with Temple Angus of the former X Factor (now) five piece for an in depth chat. Here's what she had to say; How did you meet? T: A few of us knew each other from previous dancing jobs and realised we shared the same passion for music and Alien was born. How did you choose the name Alien? T: We chose the name due to how people were fascinated by our style when we'd be seen in public together and they would look at us as if we were Aliens. Who influenced your style? T: We are all very different. We are very inspired by various artists who aren't afraid to express themselves through their fashion and music style; Missy Elliott, Lady Gaga, Rihanna etc. The X Factor How did you feel before you went on stage for your first audition? T: Apart from being exteremely nervous, we were really excited to get out there and show people what we're made of as we'd been rehearsing for quite some time What were some of the challenges you faced during your time on the show? T: Bootcamp was a bit challenging as we had to stay up all night to learn the song and we were put into groups. How did you find working with Cheryl? T: Cheryl was so lovely, really down to earth, she was like one of us, coming up with sick ideas and showing us dance routines that she wanted us to encorporate. How did you react when you were eliminated from the show? T: We were upset about it, but we were happy that we stayed true to who we are throughout the show and people got to see that. Did the X Factor experience change any of you or your dynamic as a band? T: Yeah it did, it made us more independent, it made us not so naïve, it was a good experience and great platform. It was really fun, we grew close to some of fellow contestants. Full interview coming soon...

After a year in the making, I feel I may have finally finished the designing of Amelia Lilys' "Be A Fighter" album booklet and outer packaging and I am ready to share it with you all. Once I have the entire album (audio), I will share the full artwork in the correct format for printing. Enjoy

Sorry It's a complicated relationship we have. He's not a bad guy, he just hurts me sometimes without meaning to.

It's complicated, with not single nor in a relationship. We're having a break. I've reached out for help with my depression, anxiety and paranoia but he needs to get help too

I know it's bad and I shouldn't do it, but there are things about me that he doesn't like and that I don't like either. He wants me to change in terms of being insecure, suspecting him of things and also he wants me to stop spending my wages so fast. I get that I need to try to be less insecure, I've been cheated on before which hasn't helped. He also needs to help me by being honest with me more and tell me how he's feelings.

It's still very raw as this only happened about 5 hours ago. I no longer have a boyfriend. He told me he doesn't love me anymore and he hasn't loved me for over a month now. He says there's no way of working through it, just that he's lost his feelings for me. I always told him to be honest with me if he wasn't happy but he just pretended that everything was okay. I'm completely devastated. I'm still at his house currently as I'm in the wrong frame of mind to drive, he's laying next to me and is SO distant. He won't hug me, smile at me. He says there may be a glimmer of hope somewhere down the line but not now. We went from being a normal couple to absolutely nothing within moments

I'm expecting a promotion along with a bottle of wine

So at the moment in work we're taking part in a challenge. I work at an Argos store and we're playing Argosopoly (monopoly) and we're in teams of 2. We're competing to see who can sell the most product care (insurance) and over the past 2 days I've gotten £262.42 in product care and a store card. It's a rarity for us as a store to get over £50 in one day so the fact that I got the much over 2 days is pretty epic, I'm so happy
