      Check and see if they read the message. For me, sometimes I fall asleep and feel really bad when I wake up for having fallen asleep, but the catch is, I also never read the message (download link) they sent. Then when I wake up, I finalize everything and make sure everything is in order.

      If this user has read the message and just hasn't responded, give them 24 hours and see what's going on.

      Oh yeah, you can check to see if someone's read the message at the top of the PM. It'll say how long ago they read it (if they did).
