  1. I remember they recorded a few songs for an album before they took their long hiatus, but for some reason they've always refused to release them. Maybe if this project does well they'll put out a rarities disc! I'm wondering this too... I'm really hoping they're not gonna go some generic RedOne or Dr. Luke route, but at the same time I can't imagine how their 70s style stuff would work nowadays. I'm keeping my fingers crossed it's good tho!
  2. You're doing better than most people to even pick up on it, I never noticed anything at all until I started researching it!
  3. We all know that Gaga is the Queen of Pop and Miley is the Queen of Flop, but who is the Queen of GIFs? For your consideration, I would like to propose the incomprable Mariah Carey! Exhibit #1: Used when you see your two sugar daddies out at the same restaurant and you need a quick escape route! Exhibit #2: Used when you need to : yaskween : in real life. Exhibit #3: Used when you want to bless someone with your presence but also curse them with the gay herpes that will never go away, glitter! Exhibit #4: Used when @Tweener tries to come for someone in a thread but flops harder than Younger Now. Exhibit #5: Used in any situation at any place at any time.
  4. There's more unreleased bops on that hard drive than gays at a Mariah concert!
  5. Imagine having enough time in your day to do this... :cackle:

Appreciate people who are worth it <3  Also 3 minutes is not that much time :sassy:

  6. Honestly, I'm kind of surprised that he was actually convicted of something after the dozens of false starts we've had with this trial. It's a shame it's taken so long to happen but I'm glad that justice has finally been served!
  7. Congratulations to the happy couple! Honestly I kinda hate the name Louis, it sounds so old-fashioned and it's awkward that they already used it with their last boy. But I'm happy for them and I hope they're all doing well!
  8. No, everyone in this thread is just a bunch of pressed social justice warriors trying their hardest to look "socially conscious".
  9. Ahead of their upcoming tour, in which "ABBA" performs as a quartet of digital hologram-esque "avatars", the group has announced that they have two new songs being released alongside the tour, their first in 35 years. The single is apparently called 'I Still Have Faith In You', and I personally can't wait to hear it!
  10. Literally the one good thing to happen in 2018 was Marina and the Diamonds announcing that she was taking a hiatus from music. Now even that has been taken away from us with these Tweets she made a while ago. Why does she have to make this year even worse?
  11. Almost a year after he deleted his Twitter account back in May of 2017, Kanye West has reactivated his account - and it's already gotten him back in the headlines, thanks to a selection of Tweets in support of US President Donald Trump. Kanye started Tweeting again ten days ago, and his early Tweets were marked by a slew of announcements:a philosophy book, called Break the Simulation; a seven track solo album; a collaborative album with Kid Cudi called Kids See Ghost; and three albums produced by him for Pusha T, Teyana Taylor and Nas. But it didn't take long before the Tweets took another turn, with Kanye expressing support of Trump supporters such as Fox News personality Candace Owens and cartoonist Scott Adams and discussing terms such as "fake news". And then today, after days of questions from fans, he finally addressed the orange elephant in the room. Trump himself responded with a Tweet, thankful for the man who's probably his only black rapper supporter. West's wife Kim Kardashian also had something to say, allegedly calling West to ask him for clarity. For her part, Kim appears to completely disagree with Kanye's opinions, but she also defended him against the media's constant barrage of mental illness accusations. Kanye's Tweets have set off a spree of unfollows from his once-loyal fanbase, with stars like Ariana Grande, Harry Styles, Katy Perry, Lana del Rey, Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj and Rihanna (the last three of which have collaborated with him) all jumping ship. Possibly more significantly, Kardashian sisters Khloe, Kourtney and Kendall have also all hit the Unfollow button. While reports have stated that West lost 9 million followers in total, it seems that he has gained just as many back as his follower count has remained steady - although we'd question how many of these followers are real people. Love them or hate them, nothing is ever boring in the Kardashian-West world. What are your thoughts of the Twitter tirade? Are Kanye's opinions justifiable, or is he officially on the same level as the alt-right? And are his Tweets just a publicity stunt, or has Kanye really lost the plot? Let us know in the comments section below!
  12. Not you thinking she still has a fanbase...
  13. Who is the target audience for this tho? If it's an animated movie I'm guessing it's for kids, but kids nowadays don't know or care about the Spice Girls, they just wanna watch Bella Thorne suck dick. They should stick to making music for their longtime fans because I doubt they'll get any new ones at this point.
  14. I kind of expected it might have been suicide when the family was so hush hush in their statement, so I'm not really surprised but still a little sad to hear this. It's crazy how someone who's so successful and privileged in their life can still struggle with depression.
  15. I wonder if the rock climbing will be a game mechanic? That could be fun to handle on a big island!
  16. I'm honestly still in shock it's actually being released, let alone is selling a single copy... It doesn't seem real somehow!
  17. I did enjoy some of his music, especially his first album and his production with Madonna (as well as his non-consensual production with Leona ). But I never knew much about him as a person so I can't say I'm too upset about his passing. My thoughts go out to his fans and friends tho!
  18. Emphasis added by me, I'm cackling at your shady ass... You're right about 2013 though, I like Daft Punk but everything else released that year was a bit of a mess tbh.
  19. Superficial is miles better than any song on FF could ever dream of being... Although honestly if it had Myah Marie's vocals on it the album could have been even better!
  20. You just raised such an interesting point which I'd never thought of before! On the one hand, it's so cool that smaller artists who aren't even signed can find their big break on Spotify and other apps like that. But at the same time it means that the big artists like Gaga, Katy and Rih never sell as many records anymore and it's harder to make a cultural wave. No wonder our faves albums aren't doing well anymore. But OT: I would agree that 2012 was the year of stanning, and it all came down to Gaga and her motorcyle-bodied 99-cents-selling antics. She started so much shit with the other fanbases and I was living for it!
  21. In a new interview, Shania Twain discusses her support of Donald Trump for president. R.I.P. to the career you used to see, her days are over.
  22. ICONIC QUEEN OF POP! The list of collaborators on this album is literally incredible. I had no idea Dave Aude did a remix either which just makes things even better! I can't with her trying to make the whole album about Lauren tho... Gurl, you already told us the show was scripted!
  23. I thought the same thing too... I wonder if this is even her singing? I wouldn't know her voice to be honest if I heard it so I have absolutely no clue. The weird thing is she was cleared of all charges and the guy testifying against her was sent to jail, but her career's still never recovered from all that mess...
