I'm sorry, but you're crazy if you've never teared up at a Gaga song. One of the issues could potentially be that the studio versions of her songs lose a bit of the rawness and passion that the live performances have, but if you've ever seen that bitch play a piano I don't see how you could not be emotional! When I saw her perform 'Speechless' in my city I teared up right along with her, and this performance of 'Hair' which she dedicated to Jamey had me depressed for days. :'( HEoFcVnYBhM

I'm pretty sure I've mentioned these all before and bitches are getting sick of it, but here we go anyway. 4. Lady Gaga - The Fame Looking back on it, this album really isn't that incredible, and a lot of the songs sound pretty dated and boring to me at this point tbqh. That said, listening to this for the first time (along with the first time I heard 'Just Dance' on the radio) were two complete revelatory moments for me that changed my life forever by introducing me to pop music! And once I got on that bandwagon, I couldn't stop it for anything. 3. Lana Del Rey - Born To Die It took me a while to get into Lana, but once I did I became a stan for life! This album was such a stunning debut and I rediscovered it just the other day only to find that every song is still just as great as the first time I heard it. If anything, I actually love it even more now she's a little less overexposed. Slay queen. 2. Utada - Exodus If you still haven't heard this album (and yes Cypher, I'm talking to you) you are missing out on sooooooo much life. Every song is just impeccably made (apart from maybe 'About Me' and 'Easy Breezy') and it's even more amazing when you consider she pretty much wrote and produced the entire thing by herself. I miss this girl so much and I'm eagerly awaiting a future comeback into music. 1. Britney Spears - Blackout Do I even need to explain this? The album is amazing and the mythology built up around it is even more incredible. It opened my eyes up to sexuality, mass media and edgy music and basically just slays my entire existence. I dare anyone to resist dancing when 'Get Naked' comes on.

Mariah Carey - Thirsty On The Toilet.

Agreed with pretty much everything in your post, apart from Gaga's supposed manipulation of the gay community being for marketing. Honestly, she's been referencing LGBT issues ever since she first debuted, and it's probably lost her more fans at this point given how many of her former fans think that she's gone way overboard with the whole thing. I do agree with you on how melodramatic some of her fans can be though, the ones who go on and on about how she saved their life irritate me so much.

At the end of the day, she still has a life to live outside of the internet, so I'm a little more forgiving in that sense. That and her videos actually take a lot of editing. Considering how often I vanish from certain parts of my life, whether it's online or offline, I give her credit for coming back regardless. I just watch her videos when she posts them, but I don't anticipate them for sure. I get what you mean, but it's pretty easy to post a five second tweet just saying "I won't have a video this week". And if you're gonna do it that regularly, you need to either: a. Change your uploading schedule to something more manageable. b. Come up with better excuses than "I had a cold".

Katy Perry To Perform at the 2015 Super Bowl

I mean, I'm okay with Lenny Kravitz, and I'm very down with Missy E appearing, especially if it's the beginning of her comeback. I just don't think this is the right context? Like, I don't really need her jumping on that remix from four years ago that no one heard or liked. If they have a new song together tho I could be kinda here for it. -
Emma Watson Cast In 'Beauty and the Beast'
Main Pop Girl replied to Main Pop Girl's topic in Lounge Room
You definitely should! She basically plays a modern-day Disney Princess and she's great in it. -
I don't think I've ever seen any of their videos! Unless they're those annoying British twins everyone's obsessed with? I was obsessed with communitychannel for a couple of years, but she just kept leaving for six months without explanation, coming back and saying she had a "cold" but that she'd keep posting videos regularly, and then leaving again for another six months. And after a few years went by and we still hadn't gotten lamingtons I got over her completely.

I am pretty disappointed that del Toro has left this project, because he always does an amazing job on his films and I know that it would have been stellar. :'( I did quite like The Perks of Being a Wallflower though so I still do have hope for this! And if nothing else, at least we'll get some flawless music from Queen Emma! I wonder who they'll get to sing 'Beauty and the Beast'?

I do see what you mean, but at the same time I don't think any fans should be looking up to most rappers as role models. I mean, it's a different thing if your child is like looking up to a Disney star, but basically a new rapper dies or is sent to prison every month, so I don't know why people would expect anything more from them. But I do agree, it's sad that they've set up such a bad situation and still haven't learned to rise above this kind of thing. Cause of the damn Jews. HAHA. Nah, dude, not being a dick, but I mean because of those secret meetings back in the 80s/90s? Do you not know about them? What sort of Illuminati shit are you buying into here? Please don't tell me you're one of those people who thinks that the government created AIDS to kill black people. It's not Illuminati. At least, I didn't perceive it that way... But basically there was this secret meeting in the 80's/90's in which a bunch of suits came together and decided that instead of supporting rappers who talked about positive things, such as politics, self love/respect, and for others, they decided they're going to support rappers who talked about gangs and violence in hopes to influence future generations to become more viscous in hopes to fill their private owned jails in order to gain more money for their companies. And Vigilant Citizen will not be accepted as a reliable source. http://www.hiphopisread.com/2012/04/secret-meeting-that-changed-rap-music.html I can't at you buying into this conspiracy theory...

Ghostbusters Remake Hires All-Female Cast
Main Pop Girl replied to Main Pop Girl's topic in Lounge Room
Agreed, but I have no idea who Kate McKinnon is or if she's funny so I'm not that excited about seeing her in the movie. #BringBackEmmaStone #TooManySNLCastMembers I hope you're not disregarding the incredible actresses like Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Rachel Dratch and Maya Rudolph who are all far superior to this McKinnon girl in every way possible. -
I had a dream one night that in an interview, she mentioned that she was thinking about releasing her pop album as a side project. 6dyeFalOjw0

What kind of YouTubers are y'all subscribed to/watch on a regular basis? My subscriptions are such a random mix tbh...my favourite YouTuber ever is probably the flawless Miles Jai, but I'm also subscribed to Miranda Sings, Trisha Paytas, Gigi Gorgeous, and some random beauty "gurus" like VintageorTacky and elleandish. I also watch random cooking channels like How To Cook That, My Cupcake Addiction, yoyomax12 and Cooking With Dog. Don't judge me, I find them weirdly therapeutic and the new recipe for donut french toast with cream cheese and cinnamon frosting and bacon infused maple syrup on yoyomax12's channel looks amazing. I do watch some TV shows on YouTube like The View and Watch What Happens Live as well just because we can't get them in Australia and no other website uploads them, so I have to give huge props to the people who upload those everyday. How about you guys? Are you into gaming channels, beauty gurus, vloggers or what? Let us know below!
