Report: GTA 6 to Launch in Modern Day Vice City in 2025

I didn't, I'm sorry -
You're right, Xenomania has definitely been on a downward spiral since the Girls Aloud split up I feel they just have no new young blood in there bringing them new sounds so they're trying to chase some generic 2012 sound with every new production. Still, maybe if they'd worked on a whole album with the girls they could have come up with a cool sound together? So what is the tea on why they seem to not like Xenomania? 👀 I remember Keisha not being too fond of their Xenomania produced songs and now @Dax Diameter says Mutya doesn't want to work with them? Some bad blood over Never Gonna Dance Again or Red Dress maybe?

I had a feeling I'm not mad this is the direction they're going in! -

Is this real? GTA has always struggled with the walking of their female NPCs but I thought they'd figure it out for a playable character...It's just a demo though so I'm sure it will all be cleaned up. Apparently the plot is following a male and female couple in a Bonnie and Clyde kind of situation I'm intrigued by the idea tbh. Looking forward to having another big world to epxlore! -
It's weird they've never done a compilation of their unreleased stuff! I'm sure their fans would love it when they're not active as a group anymore. I didn't know about any of these and I'm vibing to Show Me rn so thanks for keeping us informed

Right! The verses are stronger, I love the "hoo hoo"s, and the production is so much more interesting. I have no idea why they went for the other version over this I remember listening to these a few months ago! They're all super cheesy but Change Your Wicked Ways is a lowkey bop It's weird that her voice sounds stronger here than it did during her time with the girls.

This Klas Ahlund rework (demo?) of Girls has given me newfound love for that boring ass song! So much better!

Not saying this as a read, but I really hope she's seeing someone for her mental health Every time she posts these audio messages I can hear how much pain she has in her voice and I don't think this is the healthiest way of releasing it all. I hope she has good people around her and a counsellor she can trust

I want all the 2.0 demos Especially interested to hear the Mutya version of Never Gonna Dance Again...I honestly can't imagine her vocals over that production so I wonder if the original sounded different

Keeping her and her family in my thoughts Apparently the palace very rarely discusses the queen's health so the fact they're saying anything is making a lot of people worry these could be her last days. At the same time, they're only talking about mobility issues as of now so it's possible she could still have a few years left in her. Sending lots of love her way and I hope she's happy and surrounded by her loved ones

The baiting He should just start an OnlyFans and get on with his transition into sex work

The Jesy shade has me cackling Have we actually heard Love Like This? I wasn't able to find it online but I've always found Emeli overrated as a songwriter. Tbh I like it a lot better when the girls (particularly Keisha and Siobhan) write their own material so I'm not at all mad about them giving that track up to make way for Flatline (aka my favourite song from them )
-
Honestly, I'm not at all mad at Keisha for wanting the girls to write their own songs and make their own money off the publishing I just wish she'd grabbed better producers and co-writers than the ones they did C&S with
-
Yeah, the party line back in the day was always that they each divvied up the first verse, second verse and bridge and then went to separate corners of the room to write their own solos. Afaik they did that with Stronger, where the chorus was already written by someone else, and Push the Button where Keisha and Dallas Austin wrote the chorus and each girl wrote their own solos. Of course, Keisha later said that Mutya barely wrote any of her own solos on that album, so who actually knows But I got the impression C&S was maybe the first time they wrote things in separate rooms, maybe because they weren't getting along as well as they used to That is interesting I wouldn't be surprised if Keisha was the main proponent for the C&S album, which is why the label didn't let her write on the next album and I guess why they weren't so upset when she left

You're right that he didn't say anything explicitly mean about or to Britney, and we all know The Sun likes to take things out of context so we should probably wait until we see the full interview before judging him too harshly. I don't think there was anything too crazy happening at the wedding because afaik Britney doesn't drink or do drugs, but it sounds like the kids didn't want to go because the rest of their family or father weren't invited. I think the main problem is the way he's trying to convince everyone that both Kevin and Jamie are great guys who've only ever had Britney's interests at heart, when everything she's said is pretty much the opposite of that. Imagine if your father literally had you locked in a facility against your will, pressured you to take medication, kept you on a pittance of a wage, controlled what friends you were allowed to have and whether or not you were allowed to have children, and then your own child tried to tell the entire world that he was a great person who was only ever looking out for you. I can 100% understand why Britney's upset over her own children not believing her story and siding with her dad over her. My thoughts exactly There's definitely something fishy going on with this whole relationship. I think it may be another case of following the money to see why the kids are switching their allegiances so quickly

Ehh, I would say Catfights and Spotlights had a definite direction, it just wasn't a direction I particularly cared for The Amy Winehouse vibe is fun but I just didn't think the choruses or melodies were strong enough on that album for it to be a Sugababes classic. I guess their Americanisation paid off with Dallas Austin, but I I agree that their lack of songwriting and bland producers meant Sweet 7 had very little creativity in general. It probably didn't help that the girls didn't even know what their relationship or direction was like after Jade joined the band but had to go ahead with an album that was previously made with someone else in mind anyway. I'll check out the Keisha solo songs! Interested to see what she has up her sleeve!

Britney's son Jayden recently conducted an interview with The Sun And Britney just retaliated on Instagram The whole thing about Britney and her parents and sister was bad enough, but now that her kids are getting involved it's just becoming really sad I don't understand how Kevin and the kids went from getting a restraining order against Jamie for domestic violence to now being in full support of him and apparently seeing Britney as the problem. I'm sure Brit hasn't always been easy to deal with and things were definitely hard for them, but I don't think going to the press is going to help. This whole thing reeks of Jamie and Kevin's influence to me and I feel bad for them for being put in the middle. It's the same with Britney tbh...I just don't think she should have aired any of this stuff about the kids on Instagram. This whole family drama is getting more intense than any episode of KUWTK and I think there's so many ulterior motives that it's hard to know who's at fault for what.

Oh wow, you're right! The lyrics always seemed so personal I just assumed the girls wrote on it

I'm not sure that's entirely fair to Heidi. She's never had solo material so it's hard to say, but I know that Stronger was inspired by the time she left her family to join the band so I wouldn't be surprised if she was a lead writer on that. I know Keisha definitely took a larger hand later on, but I think up until at least Catfights and Spotlights Heidi (and Mutya, and to an extent Amelle) were all earning their songwriting credits. Honestly, I can't imagine Keisha writing some of Heidi's lyrics on Push the Button or Ugly, and I always thought Heidi was pretty instrumental in bringing the more poppy sound and image to the group too. Damn, I need to hear this Tetris song! I didn't like Freedom but at least they seemed invested in it, moreso than they had S7 or even C&S. I just wish they'd gone back to Xenomania or someone cooler to produce those songs rather than jumping on whatever generic American producers they could find. I'd love to hear these Keisha songs! I can't really imagine her doing well as a solo artist, but at the very least she seems to be a good writer and her voice now sounds impeccable so I'd be interested in hearing what she comes up with. I wouldn't necessarily go so far as to say Keisha is a bitch, but I definitely think some of her behaviour was bitchy if that makes sense The way she used to flip her hair and side eye Heidi during a lot of their early interviews was pretty catty imo. Still, she was very young when she started and she seems to be a different person now, so I guess all's well that end's well

Poor Jade Although even if she'd been able to put her own twist on About A Girl, I don't think anything could have saved that song. I'll still never understand why they thought it was a good idea for a British girl group to be singing about stars and stripes The timeline is definitely weird. Siobhan came out of the woodwork to say she would never work with Keisha when Keisha left the group, and then a few years later they're all best friends again? It's hard to know if it was Siobhan being overly dramatic for a bit more time in the limelight, or if Keisha was actually being a bully (or a bit of both). It just frustrates me that they try and blame it all on the media instead of actually talking openly about why they did the things they did. Keisha was definitely shady in her interactions, particularly with Heidi during the MKH lineup. But she seems a lot more relaxed now so I hope they've all made amends. I completely agree with everything you've said in your post But I also wonder if the media directed questions to Siobhan more because they saw her as the lead singer? Keisha's voice was a lot weaker in the early years (although she sounds incredible now) and Mutya barely even sang in Overload, so I wonder if they just assumed Siobhan was the face of the band and decided to ask her things because of that. Either way I'm glad they're having a revival and getting the love they deserve, although it's sad that many of their fans still don't know how to praise then without bringing down Heidi, Amelle and Jade.
