It's weird this version didn't even have 'The Way' on there! I wonder if she would be as big as she is now without that song?
-
Yes! Although I'd never looked at the locker room as an incentive to work out. Normally I'm so nervous in there I just run in and hide and get out ASAP. I feel you sis...I'm more of a depression eater than I am a depression worker.

I actually like it tbh! I love the way the flame frames her face.

All of these are super well done! I would use them if I collected instrumentals.

Lady Gaga has been officially cast in a remake of A Star Is Born, the film that made legends out of triple threats such as Janet Gaynor, Judy Garland and Barbra Streisand. Stepping into the iconic role of Esther Hoffman, Gaga will play the role of the struggling ingenue whose rise to fame matches her personal decline, making her debut as a main character in a feature film alongside American Sniper star Bradley Cooper who is also set to direct. Production for the film is set to begin early next year in California, with Cooper making his directorial debut for the role. In a new twist on the role, Gaga is set to compose and perform some of her own original songs for the part, although it's yet to be known if she'll also cover songs such as Judy Garland's rendition of 'The Man That Got Away'. “For those of us lucky enough to watch him work as an actor and producer, it has been clear that Bradley would make this transition to director,” Greg Silverman, President of WW Production said. “We are honored that he is doing it, here, at his home - Warner Bros. - and with Lady Gaga as a collaborator and co-star. The world is in for a treat as these great artists craft an all new vision of A Star is Born.” This new remake of the project has been a long time coming, with an earlier version of the work that was teased in 2011 seeing Gaga's former 'Telephone' collaborator Beyoncé in the lead role with Clint Eastwood directing. Eastwood, who previously instructed Cooper on Sniper, eventually dropped out of the project in order for Cooper to make his directing debut - and after Bey allegedly demanded too much money for the role, Cooper went straight to Gaga. Apparently, he convinced the studio to make the film thanks largely to a chemistry test between himself and Gaga which they loved. Gaga confirmed the news today with a Tweet containing a link to the Deadline article in which the news was confirmed, although rumours had been swirling for months after Cooper took her out for dinner and a motorcycle ride to discuss the script. The role is hardly surprising for Gaga, who in recent years has tried to spread her wings a little wider with a jazz album, an award-winning role on American Horror Story and composing credits for the Emmy-nominated 'Til It Happens To You' - even as fans wait for week after week for any scrap of news about LG5, her upcoming pop album. What are your thoughts on Gaga's big acting gig? Are you excited for the part, or should she stick to music? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!

Not me being the first member!

It's funny you mention that, I was wondering if she was gonna use it as a tour backdrop...

Her face looks so derpy... But if we could manip a different face onto the picture this would be amazing!

The cutting is insanely good.

I just finished episode five and I still don't like her. I just find the way she stutters through her lines so annoying! Bitch better grow on me by the end cos I normally do like Winona. Eleven is cool tho, although her monosyllables are getting a bit tired now. I'm still at the point where I don't like him but I can already tell I'm gonna stan him by the end of the season.
-
Love that you maintained your pose throughout the whole thing and he's the one who looks like a stan.

Honestly, this video got me so hype. Cuecardney is gone for good bitches! I'm so excited for her to show off some choreo. The only way they could ruin this is if she did a medley of her past hits and no new songs.

My opinion on this matter is changing everyday. I used to have a lot of sympathy for him because I thought he was just suffering from trauma from the loss of his mother, but it sounds like he'd actually been losing the plot a long time before. Again, it's still not necessarily clandestine evidence of domestic abuse, but it definitely speaks to his character.

He is reaching like crazy. Have Selena and Zayn ever even been linked together before? He should have at least brought up Orlando Bloom, people forgot about that shit too quickly... -
I wasn't dragging you for it? My point is that no one's perfect and everyone makes mistakes. For people, you included, to tell me they've "lost all respect" for me and to leave the site I run and destroy friendships that were literally four years in the making over some petty comment is frankly ridiculous to me. You've been at the centre of a lot of drama when it comes to Allie but I've never excommunicated you from the forum or told you I have no respect for you because of any of that, I've always tried to approach you and our friendship with an open mind. It's a shame that I'm not given the same right.

Why is everyone here overcoming their depression by going to the gym? Imma need y'all to bully me some more so I can get on that treadmill please.

It's only biologically her child, not emotionally. Let's put it this way: If they had met up just by some weird coincidence and neither knew that they were related, wouldn't that change the situation for you? You couldn't blame them for falling in love with each other if neither knew they were related. It's the same situation here. They don't have a mother/son relationship because she never raised him. All they have is the romantic relationship they developed. They should be able to live like anyone else. #LoveWins

To be fair, she did whisper "I love you Justin" during her performance of 'THWWIW' - but I agree, he definitely namedrops her a lot more than she namedrops him. But it's a super interesting situation to see one artist team up with another artist's fanbase to hate on that particular artist. I don't think I've ever seen that done before. Selena has clearly learnt her manipulation skills from Taylor. -
American Horror Story - Season 6 (Sept. 14)

This is giving me Asylum alien abduction teas tbh. I wonder if they'll come back to the extra terrestrial vibe of that series? I always felt like that was under-explored. -
Can we talk of what happened to Halsey before the Vevo LIFT Live
Main Pop Girl replied to ThisIsDemetria's topic in Jukebox
I'm not continuing this conversation with you because unlike you I don't feel comfortable about airing my family members secrets on a public forum. I also have no idea why your sister as a non-public figure would be afraid about people not believing her - that's just not a thing. I think that says a lot more about your family than anyone on this forum. Rest assured that I am intimately familiar with the emotional and formulative consequences of a miscarriage and I don't appreciate your claim to knowledge about my private life. I don't even hate her tho...I have no strong feelings about this girl whatsoever. I literally made a flippant half-joking comment about her miscarriage a few weeks ago and people are still talking about it. Not sure why it's okay for people to joke about Gaga killing Lina Morgana for fame but not about Halsey faking a miscarriage for fame. -
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez may not have dated for years, but that won't stop the two from getting into a jealous lover's tiff. Following major fan backlash against Justin's apparent confirmation that he was dating Sofia Richie - Nicole Richie's younger sister who also happens to be just seventeen years old - Bieber took to his Instagram page to defend his new beau's honour and to threaten to shut out the public from his account for good. Calling out the fans who were so "mean to the people that I like", Justin shared a snap of him and Sofia on their well-publicised holiday in Japan to show his support of the school-aged minor with a picture of the two of them posing in the back of a limo. But something about Justin's post must have rubbed Selena the wrong way. The former Disney star, who usually stays quiet on matters of the heart and doubly silent when such matters involve Bieber, left a shady comment on the photo to criticise her ex of fame-whoring and using photos of Sofia for headlines. "Don't be mad at your fans," she chided him, "They love you and supported you before any one ever did". Then, in an apparent attempt to prove her own dedication to her fanbase, Selena took to her own Instagram page to post a snap of her signing autographs and taking pictures with her fans. Never one to shy down, Bieber commented back to Selena. "It's funny to see people that used me for attention and still try to point the finger this way," he stated, in what was a pretty low blow towards someone who has publicly talked about how difficult it is to be seen as anything other than an ex-girlfriend. "Sad. All love." But with a true commitment to getting in the final word on the matter, Selena clapped back with a retort of her own which not only mocked Bieber's writing style but also confirmed the years of rumours that have been spread about him cheating on her, using the negative press created by his own fanbase against him. On one hand, Selena's retorts seem somewhat hypocritical after she advocated an end to online bullying and drama just a few weeks ago during the #KimExposedTaylorParty. But if you look under the surface of her comments, Selena's annoyance with Bieber is definitely justified. If he really cheated on her as often as she claimed, then we're not too surprised that she's finally letting out all the pent up rage that's been building up over the years their on again, off again relationship took place - even if she didn't do it in the most professional or mature way. Your thoughts? Did Selena fail to 'Kill 'Em With Kindness', or is her bitchy 'Revival' justified? Let us know in the comments section below!

Me too! I've missed her irreverence. She should have launched another new album at the VMAs this year.

I've never listened to a full album from her but she has some really great singles. I'll check this out!
