will.i.am has officially premiered the music video for his 'Scream & Shout' music video, and it's a group affair! The video features Diddy, Lil Wayne, Waka Flocka and Hit-Boy with Britney Spears holding her own against the males in the video. The visuals themselves are similiar to the original music video's style, with heavy use of black and white sets and electronic interference taking place throughout the piece.
