Kelly Rowland has debuted the music video for her latest single, 'Kisses Down Low'. A colourful affair, the video features Rowland channeling her inner Nicki Minaj in a variety of vibrant scenes with wigs to match. Rowland looks incredible in the video, which is the second official single from her upcoming album Talk A Good Game.
