Kelly Rowland 'Lost Her Breath' earlier today following a meeting with power couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z. The trio were lunching out in Venice Beach, California for Kelly's 32nd birthday just before Kelly was spotted with tears in her eyes a bit later on.
