Azealia Banks Attacks Passenger on Plane; Calls Attendant a "Fucking Faggot"

Azealia Banks, the former rapper who is now known more for her insane Twitter rants and aggressive publicity stunts, has faced more controversy today following an encounter on a plane in which she spit in a man's face, punched him, and called a flight attendant a "fucking faggot".

The incident started when Azealia, who was sitting in row six, tried to leave the plane ahead of a French passenger and his wife, who were seated in row three. The man held out his hand to prevent her from going past them, and Azealia allegedly snapped on the passenger.

Allegedly, Azealia began by spitting in the man's face, before attempting to punch him in the face. She then began to claw at his shirt, hurtling insults as she did so.

At this point, a flight attendant grabbed the rapper's bag and asked her to calm down. She supposedly lost her balance and fell down onto the seat, before standing up and attempting to grab the luggage back from the attendant.

The video shows the outcome of this as she screams at the attendant for her bag and, after it is given to her, calling him a "fucking faggot". The co-pilot, who had emerged from the front of the plan after noticing the ruckus, told her that police were called, causing her to run off the plane and drop her cell phone.

The police eventually found Azealia as she picked up her baggage, and spoke with witnesses on the plane and the French man who had been attacked. The man decided not to press charges as he was on holidays in the country and the legal process would be lengthy and difficult.

As is her fashion, Banks took to Twitter not long after the incident to share her side of the story. According to the rapper, she was actually punched in the face by the man prior to her violence, saying, “Ok so I get hit in the face by a man and no one cares. The[y] only hear what I called the man who was blocking my exit. I don’t care. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I don’t tolerate bitchassness and I don’t tolerate men putting their hands on me.” The man's violence was not corroborated by any of the other witnesses on the plane.

Azealia has since deleted the Tweets, but left up one saying, “Now you all can sit here in your fake outrage and discuss this amongst yourselves !! I’m headed to the beauty parlor! SIYONARA MOTHERF*CKERS.”

This isn't the first time Azealia's gotten into hot water over her use of the word "faggot". Back in 2013, after beefing with Bauuer over her remix of his hit track 'Harlem Shake', Banks called not only the DJ but also Perez Hilton, who got involved in the beef, a "faggot", again on Twitter.
