Anastacia Diagnosed With Cancer; Pulls out of European Tour

American singer Anastacia has been forced to pull out of her European tour, as well as her Dubai World Cup performance, after tests showed positive to breast cancer.

The 44 year-old singer famously battled cancer in 2003 but was seemingly diagnosed until recently. She broke the news to her fans with a press release on her official Facebook page, which said: "I feel so awful to be letting down all my amazing fans who were looking forward to It's A Man's World Tour. It just breaks my heart to disappoint them".

Her managament added that "there is one goal" for Anastacia right now, which is "to make a full recovery with the support of her family, friends and everyone around her".

Cancer isn't the only disease Anastacia is suffering from. She has also battled Chron's disease since she was a child, and in 2008 was diagnosed with an irregular heart rhythm.
